How often do you have nightmares?
I've always been subjected to night terrors ever since I was little (I was raised not quite right at the time) but I could count a few times that I had sleep paralysis. I hallucinated a lot of people last night that were important in my life (including him, iykyk) but one thing that was different this time was..
I remembered waking up to a dimly lit place of red and emptiness and I felt something I've never had before - it feels like a sense of dread washed over me, like I knew someone or something was about to get me and there was someone looming up above, but before I could look up I woke in cold sweat and.. here we are.
I've been taking medication to destress before bed so my brain doesn't conjure up monstrosities and end up making me restless, but there's just something about tonight that I can't put my finger on.
I won't have nightmares even after watching horror movies, but some other times it just happens out of nowhere. I always have some familiar plushie or objects right by my bed, so if I don't see it in my nightmares I would know that I'm dreaming, wouldn't be uncomfortable.
I have nightmares often too. I always wake up at 6 in the morning no matter when I went to bed, and I often sleep at 2 ;; Sometimes I have nightmares about drone attacks, haha I know it's totally irrational, I haven't committed any crimes!! ... but sometimes I think, what if someone hijacked the law enforcement system to attack innocent people? Not like the Admin Bureau would ever let that happen, though...
I've never experienced a nightmare at all but, I usually have panic attacks which is not the same lol.

@slaughteredvomitdollSyd The possibility isn't zero, but you have to be extremely proficient or has studied its framework very closely. I'd doubt anyone other than the people in the bureau would be able to do it
@gunvyGunvy Before I got any help, I suffered from panic attacks in my teenage years as well Yeah, it is not the same..
@marlostCAIN Mine doesn't have a trigger. It just suddenly happen. Pretty rough iwl.
