It basically looks uncooked. At least there’s two slices now.

Have you ever thought of making an omelette based on or with The Substance?
@chef_jrChef_JR I think that would just be an omelette with spinach in it, not particularly Substance-y?? I call it The Substance because it ends up looking, like… well. Like That.
Perhaps learning to make omurice would improve this.
Any interest in separating the yolks and whites? Curious about the variations of this substance lol.
