About iM System
iM System is an unofficial, non-commercial fan community for the game Cytus II, run by volunteers. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by Rayark Inc. Cytus II, its characters and the iM concept belong to Rayark Inc.
By creating an account or using iM System you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.
Who can use it
You must be at least 13 years old. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you confirm that a parent or guardian has agreed to these terms.
Your account
Keep your password to yourself. You are responsible for what happens on your account.
Do not pretend to be someone else, including Rayark staff or official Cytus II accounts. Character accounts run by site staff are labeled fan fiction, and roleplay you clearly present as your own fan work is allowed.
Zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users
There is no tolerance on iM System for objectionable content or abusive users. You may not post, send or upload:
- harassment, bullying, threats, hate speech or targeted abuse;
- sexually explicit or pornographic material, and anything that sexualizes minors (which we report to the authorities);
- graphic violence or gore, or content that encourages self-harm or suicide;
- other people's private information, or account credentials;
- malware, phishing, scams, spam or automated promotion;
- content that infringes someone else's copyright or other rights, or that is otherwise illegal.
We remove content that breaks these rules, and we suspend or permanently ban the accounts responsible.
Filtering, reporting, blocking and moderation
Posts, comments and messages are checked against a filter of objectionable terms before they are published, and may be rejected.
You can report any post, comment, private message or user. We review reports within 24 hours, remove content that breaks these terms, and remove the users who posted it.
You can block any user. Blocking hides their posts, comments and notifications from you, hides yours from them, and stops them messaging you.
Moderators may remove content or suspend accounts at their discretion to keep the community safe.
Your content
You keep ownership of what you post. You give iM System a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, display and machine-translate it as part of running the service. The license ends when you delete the content or your account, except for copies in routine backups.
Only post content you have the right to share. If you believe something on iM System infringes your rights, email us and we will review it and remove it where appropriate.
The service
iM System is a volunteer project provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. It may change, be interrupted or shut down. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of it.
If you use the iOS app, Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies. Apple is not responsible for iM System or its content.
Ending your use
You can stop using iM System and delete your account at any time from Profile → Security → Delete account. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms. We will change the date above and announce significant changes in the app; continuing to use iM System after that means you accept them.
