I need to fix my sleep schedule also hahaha sometimes I don’t sleep until the sun comes up. Although for me it’s because I stay up late on iM…..
Maintaining good sleep discipline is hard. Something different works for everyone; I like waking up at the same time every day.
I hope you can as I have a problem with my sleep schedule as if I sleep at this time I would wake up so early like the sun wouldn't be up for 4 hrs... And sometimes it would be 6 hrs... I hope you won't experience the same. I can't fix it as it has been going on for a year...
i play 2 many video games 2.... hope we all rest more <_<
