Music has that kind of affect, it makes you feel better... Well depending if the song is appropriate for how you currently feel, like please don't listen to a sad song while already being sad. For the recommendations I would suggest SECRET;WEAPON, Green hope (this has helped me a lot in the past) and Kanata from PAFF

[OOC - Try the songs from mili and flavor foley. No that's normal like everyone has fears I honestly have a long list of fears that includes heights, thunder, spiders, insects, wild dogs, closed spaces/tight spaces, things with a lot of holes (not like the holes in some cheeses), the ocean (not water), and darkness. So it's ok to be scared of thunder as you're not the only one.
